Pure Biotin has been formulated to deliver a high-strength dose of 10,000μg D-biotin (vitamin B7) in 180 capsules, suitable for everyday use. Biotin is best known for supporting skin health and the production of keratin – a protein that promotes strong hair and nails. Biotin is also required for multiple essential physiological functions in the body including nutrient and energy metabolism, the nervous system and psychological function.
Directions:
Adults: take 1 capsule daily. Do not exceed the stated dose
