Our co-active nutrient formula contains L-glutamine, the most abundant amino acid in the body and a key nutrient in a healthy intestinal lining. We also add protease, a key enzyme involved in protein digestion, and lactobacillus plantarum, which has antioxidant properties and protects intestinal integrity. We include B6, an important B group vitamin which supports the normal functioning of digestive enzymes and aids the metabolism of glutamine. Finally, we add quercetin, which supports gut integrity and works in synergy with vitamin C for better bioavailability. To this potent synergy of nutrients, we add liquorice, a herb traditionally used to enhance digestion, and artichoke, which acts as a prebiotic to feed friendly gut microflora.

Collagen hydrolysate (pasture-raised bovine), L-glutamine, peppermint leaf, deglycyrrhizinated liquorice root, lactobacillus plantarum, quercetin, artichoke Leaf, B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), protease.
Directions:
Take 1-1.5 (7g) servings once or twice a day between meals or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Mixes perfectly with cold and room-temperature liquids. Try adding to a delicious smoothie bowl with soaked oats and berries and the yoghurt of your choice, or simply mix with 200ml of water or juice.
